Second Paws is our preloved program for non-consumable pet items, such as collars, clothing, beds, and accessories. 

We won’t accept items that are:

Broken,

Significant stains,

Cannot be safely reused. 

All submissions will be assessed by our team based on photos you provide to ensure suitability.

Once received, every item is carefully cleaned and prepared for its second journey. The preloved items are then offered at a low price to make them accessible for new pets and families, while 100% of the proceeds are donated to charity.

Your pet’s belongings get a new life, new paws get to enjoy them, and your love continues to make a positive impact.

Please note: Due to current logistical and resource limitations, Second Paws is currently available only within the Auckland region. At this stage, we are only able to accept local drop-offs or collections to ensure every item can be safely and thoughtfully handled.
